Invest-NL commits to female entrepreneurship

Chantal Korteweg of ABN AMRO, the initiator of the project, remarked, “Achieving equal opportunities requires a collective approach. The partners involved share a commitment to stimulate female entrepreneurship, remove barriers, and focus on equal entrepreneurial opportunities.” A similar partnership in the United Kingdom, the Investing in Women Code, has already achieved significant success, leading to a noticeable increase in funding for female entrepreneurs.

Jellie Banga, board member of Invest-NL, stated, “By signing Code-V, we commit ourselves to structural change in supporting female entrepreneurship in the Netherlands, within our roles and capabilities. This initiative is not only about access to financing but about creating a robust ecosystem where female entrepreneurs can thrive and innovation takes the lead.
