Roadmap for the blue bio economy

Over two thirds of the Earth’s surface consists of water, and the use of that water for food production is still limited. So there are opportunities there. These opportunities offered by the sea (‘Blue Bioeconomy’) are explained in the report co-authored by Invest-NL. Bottlenecks (e.g. financing, legislation and earnings models) and potential solutions are also discussed.
