Achtergrondanalyse RES Warmte

March 3, 2021

The study is an initial integral exploration of the options for developing regional collective heat systems (CHS). The aim of this study was to investigate and compare the various ways in which future collective heat demand can be met using sustainable heat sources in the region. The assignment had a direct time horizon of 2030, with a further projection to 2050. This study was carried out for both the built environment and greenhouse horticulture. The report reveals what is needed in order to move away from natural gas and when CHS could be the cheaper sustainable solution.
